Had some time yesterday and today to hang out with t_moss. I wish it could have been longer, since I won't be able to see him again for at least two years, but we had fun, played some video games and walked around town for a bit. I'm just glad I got to see him this summer.

Right now I'm headed out to the Amtrak station on my way to Seattle, PAX and RainFurrest, but I've started uploading some of the pics we took during our trip to Santa Cruz. I don't have time right now to set up a fancy gallery to show them off with, so for now here they are in a plain directory-style format. When I get back I'll make them all spiffy and resized. We aren't bringing a laptop with us, so aside from public computers, we'll be without internet while we're there.

I was chatting with my mom on MSN the other day (she's in the US at the moment with my sister), and she gave me the news that the three of us are now officially pre-registered for PAX! We've also reserved a room at the hotel, so assuming my job application goes well this June/July and I'm able to go to the US this summer, I'll be there! I wasn't able to go last year, since the fall semester at my university started too early, so I'm pretty happy about being able to go this year.

I know it's not a furry convention, but I know lots of furries are into video games too, so is anyone else going to be there? Anyways, I'm really looking forward to it, as it's going to be my first (and hopefully not last!) fandom convention.
